We are looking for a driven Market Manager to lead and grow our moving operations in the.This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to Regional Manager for the right candidate.

You’ll take ownership of building a reliable team, managing daily schedules, and ensuring smooth operations across all jobs in your market.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, hire, and manage a team of movers and drivers

Build weekly schedules and ensure full job coverage

Oversee daily operations and job execution

Address customer concerns and ensure service quality

Step in on jobs when needed to support your team

Maintain team accountability, attendance, and performance

Coordinate with leadership on hiring needs and market growth

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in operations, logistics, or team leadership

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead a team while staying hands-on

Reliable, consistent, and solution-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Base Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 base salary

Obtainable commission available

Annual raises based on performance
