Key Qualifications:Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Texas Experience delivering direct speech-language services in school settings Familiarity working with SLP-CCC supervision and handling a caseload of approximately 60 students Ability to work independently across multiple school sites Strong organizational and communication skills No clinical (supervisory) hours are required for this role Primary Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP Manage a weekly caseload of around 60 students across elementary and middle school locations Collaborate with educational staff and families to support each student’s individualized goals Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress Participate in team meetings, IEP discussions, and school-based activities as needed Adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs and age groups This is a 40-hour-per-week position during the 2026-2027 school year, offering stability as you impact young lives at multiple sites.
