FP&A Analyst

We are now looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst) to join our US office.

Responsibilities

Support annual budget and monthly forecast processes.

Produce routine reports that include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting.

Identify risks and opportunities across the organization.

Assist with maintenance of current financial management solution and development of future platform.

Ad-hoc reporting and support of special projects or requests as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.

2-4 years of general finance experience.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior levels of management.

Ambitious, assertive, self-motivated and conscientious.

Ability to adapt to change and operate in a dynamic organization, while also managing competing priorities.

Comfortable and effective in challenging business assumptions in a constructive manner.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.

Solid experience in Microsoft Office suite needed (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint applications).
