We are seeking an International eCommerce Operations Senior Analyst (Contract) to support the execution and delivery of high-quality international partner digital experiences across global eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and enjoys owning execution from concept through launch.
The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in PDP data management, Salesforce execution, digital site planning, partner site proofing, and launch coordination for international franchise and partner sites. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product data, assets, and site experiences are accurate, on brand, and delivered on time.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, managing multiple workflows, and seeing their work go live across real international eCommerce experiences.
Responsibilities
PDP Data & Salesforce Execution
Execute daily PDP data updates within Salesforce for international partner eCommerce sites
Build, update, and maintain product data for floorsets, special collections, and product launches
Manage product and asset trackers to support timely partner delivery
Identify missing data, imagery, or assets and proactively drive resolution with internal teams
Fulfill partner data requests and communicate completion status clearly and proactively
Digital Site Planning & Merchandising Execution
Build and maintain digital site plans for homepage content, PLPs, campaigns, and featured content
Ensure site plans align with merchandising strategies and brand direction
Track updates and changes to ensure all planned content launches accurately and on schedule
Support digital merchandising execution and site QA activities
Launch Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
Support site launches and updates by tracking product data, assets, and content readiness
Provide regular project updates, timeline communication, and risk escalation
Adapt priorities quickly as business needs and launch timelines evolve
Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external franchise partners to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, digital production, or related fields
Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy managing high-volume data and workflows
Experience supporting PDP execution, digital merchandising, QA, or site operations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills with proactive risk management abilities
Experience with Salesforce, CMS platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Comfortable working cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, operations, and digital teams
