This is a fast-paced, in-person role where you’ll be a key part of keeping the clinic running smoothly.
This position is fully in-person in Springfield, VA.
Candidates should live within ~30 minutes or be fully comfortable with a daily commute of this length long-term.
What You’ll Do
Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling, and keep the day flowing efficiently
Ensure patients stay on track with care plans and future appointments
Handle phone calls, texts, and general patient communication
Verify insurance benefits and assist with basic billing tasks
Help track claims, payments, and follow up on simple insurance issues (training provided)
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
