Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer in the Greater Houston area who enjoys building thoughtful, user-friendly web experiences and collaborating with others to solve meaningful problems. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver scalable, high-performance applications—owning front-end development while contributing to back-end functionality as part of a supportive, cross-functional team.

This is a remote role, designed for someone who thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment and values both autonomy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies

Contribute to full-stack development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java

Write clean, maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript with a focus on best practices and long-term quality

Design and implement APIs and microservices that integrate smoothly with front-end systems

Ensure applications are accessible, inclusive, and performant across devices and platforms

Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and usability

Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates in a supportive, feedback-driven environment

Help maintain reliable delivery pipelines through CI/CD and automated testing

Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Troubleshoot issues thoughtfully and proactively improve systems over time

We know great candidates don’t always meet 100% of the criteria. So, if you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

Around 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on front-end work

Experience with Angular (Angular 18+ preferred)

Familiarity with at least one additional technology such as React, Node.js, Java, or Python

Experience using Git or similar version control systems

Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization

Comfort working with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially in a remote environment

Ability to manage your time, prioritize effectively, and work independently when needed

Experience (or interest) in working with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
