Remote Admin & Staffing Coordinator (Flexible Remote )

Job Description

Looking for a remote position with room to grow financially and professionally? We are seeking a reliable, Ability to be fast-moving multitask admin to support our growing service-based business.

Responsibilities:

Simple bookkeeping and invoicing

Scheduling and staffing support(Only this sometimes required to be fast)

Online and text-based coordination

Light daily phone communication

Our business environment is very low-stress with minimal customer interaction, but we highly value:

Strong multitasking skills

Speed and organization

Reliability and communication

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Available Shifts:

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

5:45 PM – 7:00 PM

(Shifts may be combined depending on your availability.)

We specialize in finding all hours/days work for a reliable, friendly, and responsible sitters with families who need on-call service for a single or couple days each time — all based on your availability.
