Prep surfaces (clean, sand, mask)

Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat

Mix and match paint to OEM specs

Buff and finish for high-quality results

Maintain paint equipment and booths

Assist with light body prep as needed

Inspect work to meet quality standards

Follow all safety and PPE protocolsWhat You Bring

1–3 years of automotive painting experience

Experience with waterborne & solvent systems

Strong prep, spraying, and color-matching skills

High attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and manage workload

Team-first mindset with pride in your work

Physical Requirements:

Lift 35 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)

Comfortable with standing, bending, reaching, and climbingReady to Make It Shine?
