Job Description

Position: CNC Machine Operator (Mills / Lathes / Swiss)

Location: Near Plymouth, MN & Coon Rapids, MN

Pay: $22–$32/hr. (DOE)

Type: Direct Hire & Contract to hire positions.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) or 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)

2nd Shift: 3:25 PM – 1:55 AM (Mon–Thurs) or 4:15 PM - 3:00 PM (Mon-Thurs)

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC milling, Swiss or turning centers, as well as manual machinery (mills, lathes, Swiss)

Perform routine machining operations to produce precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality

Use hand and power tools for setup and inspection

Work collaboratively in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

6 months to 1 year of CNC or manual machining experience (school or work)

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools and measurements

Machining coursework or certificate is a plus (perfect for recent grads!)Company Description
