Job Description

Railing Installers needed in Lewisville

Monday to Friday (Saturday's as needed)

$20 - $22 per hour (DOE)

NOTE: This position will require traveling outside of the DFW within Texas 2 maybe 3 weeks out of the month and offers per diem.

Summary:

Responsible for installing handrails. Your tasks will include setting up work sites, handling tools and materials, and assisting with the assembly of our premium railings. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Railing Installation:

• Assist in the installation at construction sites.

• Follow the company's established procedures and guidelines for proper installation to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

• Material Handling:

• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.

• Handle materials required for installation including, but not limited to, glass panels, metals, and fasteners.

• Site Preparation:

• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.

• Check tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe working order.

• Equipment Operation:

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, and other tools as directed.

• Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly at the end of each shift.

• Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all company safety policies and protocols.

• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the immediate supervisor.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members, including construction supervisors, project managers, and other laborers to complete tasks.

• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Company Description
