Field Service & Production Technician – DIRECT HIRE $32–$40/hr. + Travel Pay

NYCOR is hiring a Field Service & Production Technician to build, install, and service high-precision CNC equipment used in the two-piece can manufacturing industry. This role combines hands-on machine building with international travel (25–50%). When not traveling, you’ll work day shift in the shop.

Field Service & Production Technician - $32–$40/hr. + Travel Pay

What You’ll Do

Build CNC grinding machines from the ground up (400+ components)

Perform electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly

Troubleshoot and debug equipment during build and in the field

Travel worldwide to install, maintain, and repair customer machines

Diagnose and resolve performance issues onsite

Document service work and coordinate schedules with customers

Track inventory and work orders

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of field service and/or equipment assembly (CNC preferred)

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently and with customers

Valid driver’s license and passport
