MRT Position

A mid-term extension of return to office was received. There is a possibility that the MRT position may be required to report to a local federal facility, should the return to office exemption not be extended further or made permanent. This position is located in the VISN 9 Consolidated Coding Unit. MRTs (Coder) Outpatient are skilled in classifying medical data from patient health records. These coding practitioners analyze and abstract patients' health records, and assign alpha-numeric codes
