Junior Software Engineer

Job Description

We're hiring a Software Engineer to be the AI engineering force behind a fast-moving influencer tech company. You'll architect and build fully agentic workflows from the ground up, working with the most current tools in the AI stack and shaping how AI shows up across our product. This is a hands-on builder role with real ownership — you'll design systems, ship code, and set technical direction in equal measure.

What You'll Do

Architect and design both backend and frontend systems

Build and productionize agentic workflows end-to-end

Own high-volume data pipelines and the infrastructure powering rapid product growth

Integrate and build ML models into backend systems and product workflows

What We're Looking For

2 to 5 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, with a strong track record as a hands-on builder

Experience helping a startup scale through a major growth or inflection point

Strong proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Serverless, and React, plus infra: Docker, Postgres, and AWS (or equivalent cloud)

Proven experience shipping AI solutions in production, including Bedrock, Strands, LangChain, vector databases, and RAG pipelines

Expertise in distributed systems, serverless, and event-driven architecture (SQS, EventBridge, etc.)

Comfort owning technical direction while writing and reviewing code weekly

Nice to Have

Background in martech, adtech, social/engagement tech, or B2B SaaS

Experience integrating AI and automation into backend systems at scale

Experience with Facebook and TikTok APIs
