About the Role:

Job Title: Energy Marshall

Provide electrical verification and energization safety governance services ensuring safe, compliant energization execution aligned to LOTO and energized-work best practices.

Core Services / Deliverables:

Energization readiness package support: switching steps, isolation approach, readiness validation checklists

LOTO governance support: procedure review, sequencing validation, safe access control coordination

Field verification of electrical systems: MV/LV distribution, grounding, controls, protective relaying readiness

Commissioning/IST support: functional testing coordination inputs, energization sequencing alignment

Electrical deficiency tracking: deficiency lists, closure follow-up, readiness sign-off support

Electrical risk register inputs: identify hazards/risks and mitigation recommendations

Required Qualifications

Deep MV/LV electrical systems experience in mission-critical environments

Demonstrated energization planning and energy isolation governance capability

Ability to interpret one-lines/schematics/testing documentation

Strong field judgment and contractor coaching presence

Location: Atlanta, GA/ Lynchburg, TN/ Columbus, OH/ Indiana

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100k - $160k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
