About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role in building and scaling a sophisticated technology platform that powers advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and wants to work in an exciting, fast-moving startup environment where engineers have significant ownership and influence over product direction.

Candidates must be energized by working in an interrupt-driven startup environment, where priorities evolve quickly and engineers collaborate closely across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack applications

Build and optimize modern frontend experiences using contemporary frameworks

Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js or Python

Design and manage databases and data-intensive applications

Ensure system scalability, security, and performance

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help foster a strong engineering culture

Contribute to hiring and scaling the engineering team as the organization grows

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data, and leadership

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer

Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience building modern frontend applications using React or similar frameworks

Backend development experience with Node.js and Python

Experience designing scalable architectures including microservices, serverless, or event-driven systems

Strong experience with database design, query optimization, and data modeling

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience working with AI/ML platforms or data-intensive systems

Experience building products at high-growth startups

Experience leading engineering initiatives or mentoring teams

Exposure to large-scale analytics or marketing intelligence platforms
