Executive Chef Responsibilities Include:

Execute fine dining menus with precision, consistency, and attention to detail

Maintain strict adherence to recipes, plating standards, and presentation guidelines

Lead and support line cooks during high-volume service

Ensure proper mise en place, station organization, and readiness for service

Uphold the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety

Assist with inventory management, prep production, and waste control

Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Executive Chef Qualifications Include:

3+ years of experience in fine dining kitchens within a similar role

Strong understanding of classical cooking techniques and refined plating

Experience in high-volume, high-standard service environments

Proven ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality

Strong knife skills and technical proficiency

Working knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices

Ability to train and mentor junior team members
