RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will process up to 300 invoices weekly in a high-volume manual AP environment
The Accounts Payable Specialist will upload invoices, create vouchers, and perform matching and discrepancy resolution
Support reconciliations and assist with check and ACH payment processing
Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice and PO issues
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
2+ years of high-volume manual accounts payable experience
Experience with invoice matching and full-cycle AP processing
Experience with vouchering is a plus
High level of computer system fluency is required for this role
Salary is $50-$60k, DOE
