Job Title: AI Solutions Lead / Copilot Studio Developer

Location: 100% Remote (Occasional onsite meetings as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Solutions Lead with strong expertise in Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level AI solutions while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. This role requires a mix of hands-on development, solution architecture, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform

Collaborate with data modelers, architects, business analysts, and SMEs to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Lead AI solution delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture

Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams for data and application design strategies

Define and implement testing, deployment, and support strategies

Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables

Manage Tier 3 support activities including troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching

Identify risks and participate in mitigation and control planning

Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and leadership

Prepare high-level and detailed technical design documentation

Ensure best practices and standards are followed across development and implementation

Support team management activities including mentoring, resource planning, and performance reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software development and enterprise application solutions

Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio

Experience with Azure AI services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Experience working within Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations

Experience in designing scalable and secure AI-based solutions

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Gemini (Google AI) or other AI platforms

Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or government projects

Leadership or team management experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
