MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift opportunities in the Hebron, KY area!

Position Details:

Position: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $15.50/hour

Location: Hebron, KY

Schedules: Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory handling, picking, packing, and product movement. This role helps ensure products are stored, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and assemble products accurately and efficiently

Use RF scanners and handheld warehouse equipment to track inventory and orders

Perform order picking and packing to meet daily production goals

Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory processes

Maintain accuracy in storage, handling, and shipment of products

Follow company procedures and complete tasks in a timely manner

Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

Work collaboratively with team members to support warehouse operations

Help maintain a clean, organized, and orderly facility

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Basic math skills required

Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions/documents

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and stooping

Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items of varying weights

Comfortable working in an environment with changing temperatures
