This position is a 10 month position with the following responsibilities: * Set up animal science labs and attend to assist the instructor as needed.

* Be the instructor of record for 3 contact hours in the Fall and 3 contact hours in the spring for lab section or introductory classes as assigned by the Department Chair.

* Order and manage inventory for supplies in the animal science program.

* Reconcile receipts and balance budgets.

* Attend department meetings and take minutes.

* Attend other livestock, dairy, equine meetings as assigned * Assist with club advising for animal science clubs * Assist with program assessment and program review as needed * Assist with recruiting events: open house, ASDs, tours * Participate in professional development activities.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, or related field * 3 years of experience relevant to the position Additional Information: * This is an SL-2 position with a salary of $43,000 - $44,000.

* This is a full-time, 10-month term position.
