Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per one-hour massage.

Gratuities: You keep 100% of your tips. (Avg $15-20+ per hour)

Commissions: Additional earning potential through enhancements and retail.

Role Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of active licensure as a Massage Therapist.

Schedule: Full-time commitment (minimum of 25 massage hours per week).

Expertise: We welcome and encourage therapists with specializations (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, Myofascial, Lymphatic, Craniosacral or Trigger Point therapy).
