ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and maintaining

accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods to

ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with quality standards. This role plays

key part in supporting our manufacturing and quality control teams by ensuring efficient

flow of materials and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy

Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents

Accurately record inventory movements in the ERP or inventory management system

Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low stock or discrepancies

Support physical inventory processes, including quarterly and year-end counts

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of materials (FIFO/FEFO)

Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure material availability and compliance

Maintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse and storage areas

Investigate and resolve inventory variances

Assist with preparation of inventory-related reports for management

Follow up with leads in the packaging process (lot tracking; primary and secondary packaging).

Batch closures (physical and system).

Correct inventory discrepancies in packaging.

Ensure order information is maintained accurately in both the physical records and the system.

Reconcile racks used when closing batches.

Verify information and maintain total inventory for production areas PK601 and PK602.

Daily general inventory of material pending packaging.

Resolve production labeling errors (PK601).

Daily verification of system information against physical inventory to prevent shortages.

Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hr

Schedule: 8:00AM- 5:00PM
