Senior Developer - IBM Case Manager/BAW Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in IBM Case Manager and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting workflow and case management solutions to modernize and streamline enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain IBM Case Manager solutions to support digital transformation and workflow automation initiatives.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications and batch processing solutions.

Build and support user interface components and client-side functionality using JavaScript and the Dojo framework.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support application integration and modernization efforts.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support application functionality and performance.

Integrate applications with enterprise systems and backend platforms.

Participate in requirements gathering, technical design discussions, and solution development activities.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Follow established coding standards, security best practices, and software development lifecycle processes.

Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and operational activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Case Manager 5.3.x solutions.

Experience with IBM Content Navigator, IBM BAW 24.0.0, Datacap 9.1.x, and IBM P8 5.5 platforms.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.

Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

Proficiency in JavaScript development.

Experience working with the Dojo framework.

Hands-on experience with SQL and database query development.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Experience working in enterprise application environments.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IBM FileNet Content Management including CPE, workflows, integrations, IBM Case Manager, or IBM BAW.

Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server or similar middleware platforms.

Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
