Job Summary: The TIE Engineer 1 will be an integral part of our Industrial Engineering team, working collaboratively with various departments to enhance our manufacturing operations.

This role involves understanding and applying traditional TPS/IE concepts and tools to improve productivity and efficiency across the manufacturing process, from receiving products to shipment.

Responsibilities: * Understanding and application of traditional TPS/IE concepts & tools in MFG environment.

* Conduct time / motion studies to improve productivity for direct and indirect areas * Visualize initial condition with GAPs, set targets, identify strategy and schedule to accomplish targets * Study operations of sequence, including conveyance flow, routes, start triggers, and standardized work in MFG& WH * Production System Understanding (replenishment method, Production instruction) to pursue JIT * Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization * Budgetary of department expense and manpower annual planning * Provide OJT training to related PR and indirect support groups on traditional TIE/TPS tools and application techniques * Provide new line installation support and development of standardized work, lot size development, packaging support, PR System design, conveyance routes, as a basis for progressive kaizen * Position requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication & project management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Word); AutoCAD preferred * Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplined cross-functional team in a fast-paced work environment * Ability to successfully Multitask Projects & update plan vs.

* 0-3 years of related experience in manufacturing
