Design Architect

Role Description This is a full-time role for a Architect (Senior or Junior) at Toughcons Nirman Pvt.

Ltd.

Architect will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3d renders, design & project co-ordination and ensuring seamless execution of construction projects in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have experience in working with Architect/ PMC with knowledge of society redevelopment, knowledge of redevelopment related procedures and processes, and experience in working with Microsoft word, excel, power point, adobe, massing in Sketchup, etc.

Qualifications - Architecture and Architectural Design skills - Project Management experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field - Knowledge of construction processes and regulations Job Description 1.

Planning & Designing in Auto Cad, Preparing municipal drawings 2.

Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in Auto Cad 3.

Preparation of Project Reports / Feasibility Reports in collaboration with the architectural team/ CEO/ MD 4.

Presentations of Plans & feasibilities to Society/ Clients.

Reporting on Progress of project 6.

Experience in Reading Property Documents / Land records etc.

Basic Understanding of Legal Documents / Title Documents etc.

Preparing & Finalizing Project Tender & BOQ.
