We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Supply Chain team in İzmir Plant.

Online Application (15 May - 7 June): You will complete the online application with filling out a brief form including the details of your profile.

Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities

Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at PepsiCo Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion

Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the production planning department to ensure the right product is manufactured at the right time and in the right quantity.

Prepare reports on the root causes of breakdowns and time losses in order to increase production efficiency and productivity; develop and implement action plans based on these reports.

Monitor the consumption of raw materials and consumables used in production; identify the causes of losses and create and implement plans to minimize them.

Ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with the defined and required quality standards.

Work in close coordination with the Quality Assurance Department to segregate non-conforming products that arise during production and determine their root causes.

Keep production lines, auxiliary facilities, machinery, conveyors, and the overall plant environment clean and organized; ensure that materials and equipment that do not belong in the work area are removed.

Take all necessary health and safety measures within the area of responsibility; comply with and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Conduct research to improve systems in the areas of quality, maintenance, productivity, and occupational health & safety; make relevant recommendations to supervisors.

Ensure that PepsiCo minimum requirements are implemented across the plant so that production is carried out in accordance with PepsiCo standards.

Ensure that quality records within the area of responsibility are completed fully, accurately, and in an organized manner.

Work in coordination with other department managers to ensure continuous and efficient operations across the factory and in production/auxiliary facilities.

Participate in and take an active role in savings initiatives, projects, loss analysis, lean manufacturing techniques, Kaizen activities, and similar efforts carried out at the factory.

Participate in and lead activities related to quality, occupational health & safety, environmental management, and food safety systems; ensure their implementation within the responsible departments.

Monitor the performance of team members and ensure that necessary actions are taken.

Conduct regular tours of the area of responsibility to identify non-standard practices and ensure that corrective actions are taken.

Analyze equipment breakdowns and stoppages on production lines; ensure that preventive actions are taken to eliminate recurrence.

Carry out all maintenance activities in accordance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System procedures and instructions.

Comply with the rules established under the Environmental Management System and environmental legislation regarding waste management and the use of natural resources.

Carry out other duties assigned by relevant supervisors that fall within the scope of responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities.

Act in accordance with workplace principles and rules in terms of business ethics and work discipline.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026)

Bachelor's Degree at Engineering

Fluent in both English and Turkish

Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment

Strong collaboration and communication skills
