A. Experience & Background

• Experienced: 4 to 6 years in sales / business development / partnerships.

• Experience in healthcare, home care, insurance, wellness, real estate services, or community services.

• A minimum of 2 years of work in Kolkata.

• Evidence of revenue or target ownership.

• Experience handling medium term sales cycles / relationship-based selling

B. Market & Network Exposure.

• Familiarity with hospitals, clinics, senior groups, NGOs, or housing societies in Kolkata.

• Experience working with families / high-trust customers.

• NRI or overseas client exposure (good-to-have)

C. Tools & Systems

• Experience with CRM tools.

• Lead tracking / pipeline management.

• WhatsApp / digital lead handling

D. Language and Communication

• Fluent English (professional level).

• Comfortable in Bengali (conversational to fluent).

• Working knowledge of Hindi.

• Clear, empathetic speaking style

E. Sales Cycle Management

• Has owned end-to-end sales cycle before.

• Has managed monthly/quarterly targets

F. Partnership Development

• Has built referral/partner networks,

• Experience working with institutions.

• Can negotiate and maintain partnerships.

• Understands mutual value creation

G. Market and Customer Understanding

• Can describe Kolkata senior-care ecosystem.

• Knows major hospitals / diagnostics / housing areas.

• Understands family decision dynamics.

• Experience dealing with elderly customers.

• Believes in dignity-focused elder care.

• Willing to travel locally
