The Role & Landscape:

- Take end-to-end ownership of the design, development, testing, and delivery of high-performance full-stack applications.

- Build highly responsive, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces from scratch utilizing React.js.

- Architect and deploy robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices utilizing Node.js.

- Leverage modern cloud infrastructure (GCP, BigQuery) to support application scalability, performance tuning, and data requirements.

- Act as a crucial bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating complex requirements into clean, maintainable code.

- Drive code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipeline enhancements, and production troubleshooting within an Agile environment.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3 to 8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.

- Deep, production-level expertise in Node.js for backend development and API architecture.

- Strong, hands-on proficiency in building dynamic frontends using React.js.

- Proven track record of designing and interacting with microservice architectures.

- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms; Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience is a distinct advantage.

- A strong grasp of modern software engineering practices, clean code principles, and secure coding standards.

- Fluency in both Cantonese and English is strictly required to liaise with local and regional stakeholders.

- Previous experience operating within FinTech, the banking industry, or a large-scale enterprise environment.
