Job Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced statistical and analytical assessments to generate insights that support decision making on game mix optimization, pricing strategies, and player engagement initiatives across Table games and Slots

Review and evaluate deployed gaming strategies, translating performance insights into practical recommendations that drive gaming optimization and sustainable profitability

Design dashboards and reports that transform raw data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders

Collaborate across departments to deliver timely analytics and work with internal and external resources on project basis

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Gaming, Finance, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline

Prefer relevant experience in business and data analytics, gaming or hospitality

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, SAS, VBA
