IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, results-driven project manager with strong Agile/Scrum experience, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology initiatives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across applications, systems, and infrastructure

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables

Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across IT, business units, and leadership

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and Agile practices

Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership

Ensure alignment with organizational goals and business priorities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT project management

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master experience a plus)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with project budgeting and financial tracking

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
