Job description*:

• Design, build, and enhance Order XOM (Orchestration, Decomposition, Fallout Handling) components.

• Implement Orchestration Plans, Decomposition Rules, Fulfillment Tasks, and Orchestration Stages.

• Build Order Item Translations, Calculation Matrices, Decomposition Templates, and Fulfillment Mapping.

• Configure Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, and Omniscript for end to end order journeys.

• Develop using Salesforce Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch Jobs, REST Integrations.

• Build Omnistudio components such as Data Raptors, IPs, Vlocity Cards, Flex Cards, Omniscript.

• Extend OOTB Salesforce Comms Cloud features to meet client needs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in telecom processes (B2B/B2C) and sales-to-order lifecycle.

• Strong Apex, LWC, and API development skills.

• Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce Comms Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II

• Experience in Telecom Domain (Mobile, Broadband, Fiber, IPTV).

• Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (SID, ODA, eTOM).

• Exposure to DevOps: Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
