Job Summary Provides general operational support of business transactions and workflow for clinical departments. Interacts both effectively and professionally with internal and external customers. May be responsible for any non-clinical aspect of patient processing in clinical service areas including general clerical support, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, medical records management, cash collection, charge entry, inventory and supplies requisition, and clinical support as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned.

Manages departmental records.
Performs assigned cash collection.
Performs timely and accurate charge entry.
Enters departmental inventory/supplies requisition.
