Responsibilities

The Profile

You're the tech who keeps the floor running. You're equally comfortable with a multimeter in your hand as you are with a pipe wrench. You don't just "fix" machines-you improve them.

Technical Hit List

Electrical: Master of 480V 3-phase, control circuits, and motor starters.

Mechanical: Precision repair of conveyors, high-speed gearboxes, and drive systems.

Fluid Power: Expert troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Digital: Proficiency in CMMS work-order tracking and mobile tech. The "Edge" (What Sets You Apart)

VFDs: Can you "swap and drop" Variable Frequency Drives?

PLCs: Can you navigate Ladder Logic to find an I/O fault?

Speed: Experience in high-volume Automotive or Packaging environments. What You Bring

Skills: Expertise with blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
