Job description*:

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to support multiple payment applications hosted on diverse AWS compute resources with varying architectures.

The role involves managing infrastructure provisioned via Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), maintaining GitHub repositories, and deploying through Harness pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in container orchestration, monitoring, and operational excellence in a secure ODC environment.

#Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24x7 support for multiple payment applications hosted on AWS, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

Understand individual application architectures and workflows to deliver effective support and troubleshooting.

Manage infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC) and maintain version control in GitHub.

Deploy applications via Harness pipelines and ensure pipeline standardization across teams.

Work with Docker, Helm, and EKS for orchestration of hundreds of pods. Implement and manage GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

Monitor applications using Datadog dashboards and optimize observability.

Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes in ServiceNow.

Perform container vulnerability assessments using Wiz and ensure compliance.

Utilize Codability for resource optimization and Power BI for reporting and analytics. Collaborate using Jira, Confluence, and Kairos for project tracking and documentation.

Design and maintain high availability and fault-tolerant systems, including Active-Active and Active-Passive DR strategies.

Understand AWS networking, including SSO and assume-role configurations. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards within a secure ODC environment.

#Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, networking). Expertise in Terraform, GitHub, and Harness pipelines. Proficiency in Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes orchestration.
