Reinforcement Monsters, LLC is looking for a part-time BCBA to join our growing team!

Position Details:

• Fully remote

• Flexible schedule

• Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week

• Opportunity for growth as caseload expands

• Supportive and collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote supervision and parent support

• Oversee ABA programming and treatment plans

• Support BT/RBT staff

• Collaborate with families and clinical team

• Complete documentation and clinical notes

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Comfortable with telehealth services

• Experience working with children with autism preferred
