Could you be the full-time Maintenance Manager in Madhepura (Bihar) we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.

You'll ensure the production program aligns with Safety and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives, making a significant impact on our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrialization, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and manufacturing management), manage autonomous teams, and oversee maintenance activities and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment and utilities, but also drive continuous improvement initiatives like TPM activities.

We’ll look to you for:

Managing the maintenance team and their daily activities

Ensuring maintenance KPIs align with company objectives

Planning and executing preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and condition monitoring

Managing spare parts planning and indigenization

Preparing PM check sheets, daily check sheets, and other TPM documents

Overseeing ISO, IRIS, TTO, and EHS activities

Monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining machine tools, substation, PLC and CNC-operated machines, and material handling equipment

Repairing and maintaining power tools

Fault finding and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Managing utilities like WTP, STP, substations, UPS systems, and MHE

Utilizing and maintaining SAP systems

B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering

15+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in the automobile industry

Supervisory HT license (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience in managing maintenance systems and working with SAP

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong leadership, organizational, and stress resilience skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Knowledge of quality and EHS standards

Experience in TPM activities, including autonomous maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance
