Diversified Systems is searching for a Technical Specialist who plays the role of lead Salesforce developer and is responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. Role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in SFDC that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement.

The Administrator should have proven experience with Lightning Aura Components, Flows, APEX programming, Force.com APIs. Also, the candidate will work very closely with MuleSoft lead in migrating existing custom API's into MuleSoft Anypoint platform. This position functions as a member of the Medicaid ITS Team, reports to the ITS Manager, and works with ITS Development teams.

Responsibilities:

Act as the lead Salesforce CRM developer and collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and project managers in planning releases required.

Work with business teams to understand processes and translate needs into actionable Salesforce requirements for configuration and development required.

Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and post-production support required.

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions using the latest platform features required.

Follow Salesforce best practices related to release management and deploy changes through various sandboxes to production required.

Manage all aspects of user and license administration including user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults, and sharing rules required.

Perform data management activities to improve Salesforce data quality, including implementing rules and automation as needed required.

Provide ad hoc data extracts based on business needs required.

Perform proactive system maintenance including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizer activities required.

Identify unused or underutilized platform features required.

Develop dashboards and complex custom reports based on business requirements required.

Manage user testing activities including developing test plans and creating user test cases required.

Create and maintain documentation including processes, policies, configurations, and user guides required.

Lead integration activities and support MuleSoft architecture efforts to migrate existing custom APIs to the MuleSoft Anypoint platform required.

Create roadmaps and define priorities in collaboration with stakeholders required.

Provide mentorship and training to state development resources required.

Participate as a senior developer in all aspects of the project lifecycle including kickoff, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support required.

Work with project managers, business analysts, and architects to plan releases required.

Lead daily scrum meetings, conduct reviews, and coordinate assignment of user stories required.

Work with leadership and stakeholders to provide direction, guidance, and facilitation for software development solutions aligned with business strategies required.

Identify major interfaces, business capability needs, application weaknesses, and opportunities for new technical solutions required.

Conduct code reviews and perform requirements validation to ensure solutions align with standards and guidelines required.

Ensure Salesforce best practices for release management are followed and deployments occur through appropriate environments required.

Maintain, enhance, and create Lightning Flows, converting existing workflow rules, process builders, and configurations required.

Design, document, and build solutions using service-oriented and RESTful architecture and perform API integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST and SOAP required.

Develop and manage Salesforce communities required.

Proactively identify and implement needed system changes required.

Communicate system changes to users in advance to ensure awareness and adoption required.

Develop advanced custom reports and dashboards and respond to ad hoc reporting requests required.

Evaluate Salesforce and supporting technologies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience required.

Create project documentation including user interface guides, training materials, and functional specifications required.

Perform unit testing and participate in user acceptance testing required.

Validate test cases and results against documented requirements required.

Perform integration, regression, and smoke testing required.

Develop complex, macro-driven reports to summarize system information for senior management required.

Follow Salesforce report development best practices to avoid performance degradation as data volumes grow required.

Assist with migration from legacy systems and processes into Salesforce required.

Import data using tools such as Data Loader required.

Log, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues required.

Maintain the security and integrity of application software required.

Recommend and review best practices and tools for release management and DevOps required.

Provide production support for Salesforce applications as prioritized required.

Maintain and manage Field Service Lightning applications required.

Provide administrative support for Field Service Lightning mobile required.

Monitor and manage exception logs for backend system integration with Salesforce required.

Requirements:

Strong Salesforce skills, including experience setting up Salesforce communities and understanding customer relationship management concepts required.

4 years of bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

10 years of experience in information systems analysis, design, and development required.

5 years of professional experience in development and administration of applications using Salesforce platform technologies including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud required.

5 years of experience with Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL development, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS required.

5 years of experience in Salesforce design, analysis, configuration, customization, and coding required.

5 years of experience with Salesforce data models and data migration and integration capabilities required.

3 years of experience handling integrations using APIs or web services with internal and third-party systems using REST or SOAP required.

4 years of experience building and managing Salesforce communities required.

Strong reporting experience using standard Salesforce reporting tools and Einstein Analytics required.

5 years of experience using Salesforce tools including Data Loader, Flosum, Salesforce Outlook Connector, OwnBackup, Jitterbit, or similar tools required.

1 years of experience handling Salesforce and Outlook integration required.

5 years of experience with Scrum or agile development practices required.

Ability to propose, document, and implement software development lifecycle solutions including technical and documentation deliverables required.

Knowledge of Medicaid highly desired.

Knowledge of MuleSoft highly desired.

Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification and MuleSoft certifications highly desired.
