Many of our team members have been with us for decades!What You'll Do as a Die Maker:

Build custom cutting dies used to make corrugated boxes seen in everyday life

Read and interpret CAD drawings and machine specifications

Install steel rules and rubber onto wooden die boards with accuracy

Ensure quality and precision in every custom job

Work hands-on and enjoy new challenges daily

Note: This is a die manufacturing role - not a Tool & Die position.What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Basic math skills

Ability to stand for up to 10 hours

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnSchedule:
