Isle of Wight County Schools is seeking an Instructional Assistant - Special Education Inclusion for the 2026 2027 school year. This is a 10-month position dedicated to supporting students in inclusive learning environments and helping ensure all students have access to meaningful educational experiences.

Qualified candidates must possess:

• An Associate's Degree,

• Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or

• A passing score on the Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment.

Completion of Autism Spectrum Disorder training for paraprofessionals is required.

Minimum starting pay: $17.21 per hour
