What You’ll Do:
Processes agent contracts and licensing appointments with insurance carriers accurately and within established timelines.
Reviews, compiles, and verifies data for completeness and accuracy prior to system entry.
Maintains detailed records of completed work, enters information into internal databases, and routes or files documentation appropriately.
Provides responsive customer service by addressing inquiries related to document status, resolving discrepancies, and obtaining missing information.
Follows established processes and procedures to ensure timely turnaround and effective follow-up on submitted documentation.
Manages updates, changes, and additions related to agent contracts, licensing forms, carrier appointments, and commission schedules within company systems.
Supports onboarding activities for new carriers and agents, ensuring all required documentation and setup are completed efficiently.
Assists with special projects, including software testing, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; previous related experience is a plus, but not necessary.
0–2 years of professional or relevant administrative experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally in person, over the phone, and through email.
Demonstrates sound judgment and attention to detail when following written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable using basic computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and internet-based tools.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
