Job Description Company: Ensminger Ag Construction LLC Location: Princeton Compensation: Starting at $40/hour — earn up to $100/hour based on performance Schedule: Full-time, on-site Audition Period: This role includes an initial paid working “audition” period at $30–$35/hour.
This allows both you and the company to confirm skill level, fit, and compatibility before transitioning into the full compensation structure.

When you clock out, you’re done.
