Sales Engineer

Job Description

Panther Vision is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative consumer electronic products from concept through production and work with the sales team. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong technical foundation and leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with overseas contract manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery

Develop detailed assembly instructions and quality control (QC) procedures

Design and implement production test fixtures

Create effective packaging and retail display solutions

Interface with UL and other regulatory agencies for product compliance

Provide technical support to QC inspectors and resolve manufacturing issues

Manage Bill of Materials database and creation

Job Requirements & Skill Set:

2-3 Years Prior Experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working with international teams and manufacturers

Experience in consumer electronics product development

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance processes (UL, CE, etc.)

Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles

· 7% Annual Bonus

· 1 Hour every day for exercise/outdoors part of company policy

· $85K - $95K base salary
