About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Hampton Inn and Suites, Sharon, where we prioritize cleanliness and guest satisfaction! As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere our guests love.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.

Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as needed.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.

Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels.

Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.

Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests efficiently.

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals.

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform repetitive tasks.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Must be able to pass a background check.
