Job Description
This role is responsible for receiving, identifying, organizing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial materials and equipment ranging from small hardware and electrical components to large motors and mechanical parts.
This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, and purchasing support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers
Responsibilities Include:
Receive incoming inventory and materials from the customer and suppliers
Identify, label, and accurately store inventory in designated warehouse locations
Enter inventory data and transactions into the company ERP system
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
Pull and prepare materials for customer needs and maintenance requests
Deliver materials to customer locations on-site in a professional and timely manner
Interact directly with customer personnel and provide excellent customer service
Assist with sourcing replacement parts and identifying suppliers
Request pricing from vendors and help prepare customer quotations
Generate purchase orders to suppliers as needed
