Setting Out Engineer - Iceland

Immediate opportunity for a Setting Out Engineer on a construction project in Iceland.

The role involves interpreting drawings and specifications, carrying out precise surveying and setting out works, and verifying that construction activities are completed in line with design requirements, project tolerances, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include establishing site control points, conducting dimensional checks, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams, maintaining survey records, and supporting quality assurance processes.

This is a fast pace mission critcal environment and you will work closely with the project manager, design teams, and supervisors to ensure programme delivery, technical accuracy, and compliance with health and safety standards The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale construction projects, strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software, and the ability to manage multiple work fronts while maintaining high levels of precision and coordination.

Ability to mobilise immediately is essential
