Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Recruiter. Summary:We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Manage the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future openings
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay current on hiring trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
