The Production Packer is responsible for proficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring quality standards are being met which meet/exceed customer expectations in a Safe, Cost Effective and Efficient manner. Collaborate with team members to provide efficient strategies on the production floor.

10-hour work shifts Monday through Thursday

Day shift: 6:15 am to 4:35 pm

Friday overtime mandatory- (Depending on business needs)

No weekends!

What you bring to the table:

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Dedication to consistent attendance

Ability and willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocols.

Ability to understand English and perform basic math functions.

Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
