Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative, communication, and scheduling tasks, enabling our business to operate efficiently. You will act as the primary point of contact for administrative needs, managing calendars, email, and special projects with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to emails, sorting, and flagging important messages to ensure adequate inbox management.
Schedule, reschedule, and manage meetings for team members across different time zones through calendar management.
Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact via email, phone, or live chat, resolving issues professionally.
Data & Record Management: Update CRM systems, maintain digital files, and create spreadsheets.
Travel Coordination: Book travel and accommodations, ensuring accurate itineraries.
Research & Preparation: Conduct online research and prepare presentations or reports.
Social Media Support: Assist in scheduling posts and engaging with the audience.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, administrative, or executive assistant role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience on using this software tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Asana.
Must have an excellent, written and verbal communication skills (English).
Strong ability to work remotely and manage time effectively without supervision
Strong and stable internet connection.
A reliable, established backup internet source (e.g., mobile hotspot, secondary provider) is required to ensure no disruption in service.
Audio/Video Equipment: Noise-canceling headset and a functional webcam for team meetings.
