Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – Tax Analyst to be part of our Sales Tax Operations team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
We highly prefer candidates with a background in accounting, taxation, or bookkeeping, and experience with QuickBooks or Xero is a plus. If you enjoy helping clients and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales tax inquiries and issues
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns regarding tax filings, payments, and compliance
Support clients with document submissions and data validation
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
At least 6 months of accounting/financial experience, particularly in the BPO, and preferably has worked with taxation and bookkeeping (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must have a stable internet connection and a conducive WFH setup
