Accounts Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting functions for our logistics/courier operations. The candidate will manage financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting while coordinating with branches, vendors, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts

Handle billing, freight accounting, vendor payments, and branch accounts

Prepare MIS, financial reports, and cash flow statements

Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance related to logistics operations

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management

Monitor expenses, budgets, and cost controls across operations

Requirements:

6–15 years of experience in accounts, preferably in logistics/courier industry

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting practices

Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel

Independent handling of accounts and multi-location operations
